John's involvement with Provision began as a videographer during the first season, adding his photography and marketing skills in season two, and becoming a board member during season three. John is a creative person who enjoys theater, dance and vocal performances. His passions include photography, videography and gourmet cooking. He is currently responsible for Provision's volunteer team.
Vicki
P. Klopsch
Director of Events and Corporate Affairs
Vicki is an avid audience member and proud to serve Provision as the Director of Events and Corporate Affairs. Her extensive fundraising and development experience includes previous employment as Manager of Corporate Relations at Chicago Children's Museum and Director of Public Relations and Resource Development at a local child welfare agency. Vicki's community involvement has included leadership roles with the United Way of Chicago, United Voices for Children, and the National Child Care Development Association. She has also serves as Treasurer of her Condo Association.
Vicki currently manages over 900 volunteers in her position as Associate Director of Alumni Sharing Knowledge at DePaul University, a career mentoring network. A South Carolina native, she received her BA in Communication Studies and a Masters in Organizational and Multicultural Communication from DePaul University and is certified in volunteer management.
David Marcotte
Artistic Associate
While new to the staff, David has been seen onstage in Provision's The Time of Your Life , in all three productions of A Christmas Carol, The Spitfire Grill, and wrote and performed the percussion score for both productions of A cotton Patch Gospel. Behind the scenes, he has also served as Production Manager and Co-Properties Designer for The Time of Your Life, Tech Director and Co-Set Designer for Gospel of John and Production Manager and Co-Properties Designer for Beast on the Moon. David has also acted in and around Chicago with such theater companies as Metropolis Performing Arts, Apple Tree, Chicago Shakespeare, Lifeline, Rogue, Breadline, The Side Project, Polarity Theatre Ensemble, The Bailiwick, Live Wire, Hi-Volt, International Theatre of Chicago, and Treemont Avenue. He is also a member of Right Brain Project, where he has directed, composed, choreographed, and acted. David's recent film credits include Dream Season, Salt Creek County and Troubadours (Down State Productions, LLC), Chicago Overcoat and The Small Assassin (Beverly Ridge Pictures, LLC), and Coopersville and The Dirty Monks (William and James Productions, LLC). David may also be heard or seen in various voiceover and commercial spots.
Offstage, David teaches acting at the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre in Arlington Heights. He also co-writes and presents workshops on theater appreciation, the business of acting and how to live a healthy, balanced life as an artist. As an additional artistic, outlet David enjoys playing percussion and singing with his bluegrass band. When he is has the time, David enjoys camping, cooking, and golf. He is proud to be "fighting the good fight" in the great city of Chicago after earning his BA in Acting from Western Illinois University where he also studied Music and Education.
Valerie
Maze

Active in the opera and music theater scenes in Chicago, Valerie Maze is currently on staff as Ballet Pianist for the Lyric Opera of Chicago and as a collaborative pianist in the Music Theater department at Northwestern University. She recently won an After Dark Award for Outstanding Musical Direction for this past summer's production of Cats at Theater at the Center. In addition to her role with Provision, she has also served as Music Director at Peninsula Players, Wagon Wheel Theatre, Chicago Light Opera Works, Bowen Park Opera, and as a keyboardist with Chicago Shakespeare Theater and Marriott Theatre. She has served as a pianist with the Lyric Opera of Chicago Ryan Opera Center and has been involved in productions as Assistant Conductor and pianist at the Portland Opera, Indianapolis Opera, Utah Festival Opera, Chicago Light Opera Works, Harrisburg Opera, DuPage Opera, da Corneto Opera, and O.P.E.R.A.
Valerie has an MM in Vocal Accompanying from the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, and has also studied at DePaul University in Chicago, Anderson University in Indiana as well as Lucca, Italy and Graz, Austria. She has performed internationally including Germany, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Austria, Sri Lanka, and Mexico. Some of the more recent productions she has been involved in are Verdi's La Traviata , Handel's Julius Caesar , Strauss's Salome, Bizet's Carmen , J. Strauss's Die Fledermaus , Cats, Kiss Me Kate , South Pacific , Spitfire Grill, Cabaret and A Little Night Music.

As a member of the acting community, Keta has worked with Theater at the Center, Provision Theater, Apple Tree Theatre TYA, Theatre Hikes, St Sebastian Players, Village Players, Attic Playhouse, Lincoln Square Theatre, Fleetwood- Jourdain, Stage Two, Bailiwick and a short tour of Greece. Additional experience includes costume design, box office support, and other similar behind-the-scene roles.
Jarrod Zimmerman is the webmaster for the Provision Theater website and has performed in two of Provision's shows as Dick Wilkins in A Christmas Carol and Sheriff Joe Sutter in The Spitfire Grill. Chicago credits include John Brooke in Little Women, Steward in Into the Woods, Prince in Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and A Funny Thing...Forum, all at Marriott Theatre,
Lt. Charlie Miller in The Boys Are Coming Home (American Music Theatre Project), Perchik in Fiddler on the Roof (Light Opera Works), David Herold in Assassins (Porchlight Theatre), Cymbeline (Chicago Shakespeare), She Stoops to Conquer (Northlight Theatre), and An Affair of the Heart (ShawChicago). Jarrod owns the web design company A Few Lines Design and is a proud graduate of Northwestern University.
