Gregory
Founding Artistic Director, Provision Theater
Tim Gregory is the founder of Provision Theater Company. Some
of his directing credits include: Provision Theater's Jeff-nominated A Christmas Carol and the critically acclaimed productions of Beast on the Moon and The
Spitfire Grill; The Comedy of Errors at Chicago
Shakespeare Theatre; A Christmas Carol at the Ford's
Theatre in Washington D.C.; Alice in Wonderland and Treasure Island at Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre; The Twiligh of Golds, The
Diary of Anne Frank and Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry at the Apple Tree Theatre; Welcome Yuleat Chicago Symphony Orchestra; Plaza Suite at the Lyric
Theatre; Godspell at the Sorg Opera House; and 'Dentity
Crisis at the Studio Theatre. Tim's acting credits include:
Matthew/Storyteller in Provision's critically acclaimed Cotton
Patch Gospel, as well as numerous roles at Chicago Shakespeare
Theater, Steppenwolf Theatre, Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre,
Apple Tree Theatre, Drury Lane Oakbrook Theatre, Next Theatre,
and regionally at The Alliance Theatre in Atlanta and The
Ford's Theatre in D.C. His television credits include Cupid on ABC, De Classified on WGN, and Tim can now be
seen as the Host on HGTV's New Spaces.
Bruce
Leep
Chairman, Provision Theater

South Ridge Bank in Highland, Indiana, Chairman
Bruce Leep is Chairman of First Financial Bancorp of Hamilton,
Ohio and Chairman of South Ridge Bank in Highland, Indiana.
Mr. Leep served as President and CEO of Bank of Highland/Sand
Ridge Bank for 29 years before retiring in 2001. A graduate
of Calvin College and the University of Iowa, Bruce is currently
teaching English at Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights,
Illinois. Mr. Leep is affiliated with First United Lutheran
Church in Hammond, Indiana. Bruce and his wife, Mary, live
Highland, Indiana.
Valery
De Long
Director of External Affairs, Northwestern University Settlement
House
Valery De Long has served as Director of External Affairs
for Northwestern University Settlement House since January
2000. She is responsible for development, marketing and public
relations at both the Settlement and Noble Street Charter
High School. She also works closely with the Settlement and
school policy boards and all six of the Settlement's auxiliary
boards. Before moving to Chicago from Indianapolis, Ms. De
Long filled program manager, development director and executive
director positions at a variety of community-based organizations
with an emphasis on affordable housing, main street redevelopment,
job and life management skills training, advocacy, social
services and the arts. De Long has a Bachelor of Arts degree
in History and an emphasis in Theater from Wheaton College.
She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Steve
Lavey
Dakota Beef LLC - EVP and Chief Financial Officer
Steve is a senior financial executive with more than 20 years
of financial and operational experience financing and managing
growth companies. He is currently EVP and Chief Financial
Officer of venture-backed Dakota Beef LLC, the country's largest
organic beef company.
Previously, Steve co-founded Envestnet Asset Management, a
successful venture-backed financial services firm, which has
grown significantly through multiple acquisitions. Steve also
served as the VP-Chief Financial Officer and a member of the
Board of Directors of American Disposal Services, Inc., a
publicly-traded consolidator in the waste services industry,
which was acquired in October 1998. Steve's experience also
includes seven years as a money center banker with Bank of
America and Continental Bank and more than five years as a
CPA with a Big Six firm. He earned his undergraduate degree
in accounting and economics from the University of Michigan
and an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from the University
of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
Steve and his wife are avid theatergoers and are active in
a number of charities in Chicago, and he and his wife and
their four children reside on the northside of Chicago.
Neal
Weisenburger
Vice President, Global Treasury Management, LaSalle Bank
Neal advises multinational corporations on managing their
global treasury operations. Neal is a graduate of Miami University
in Oxford, Ohio and has an MBA in International Management
from Baldwin-Wallace College. For fun, Neal is a world traveler
and a veteran marathoner.
Marianne is the Producing Director of Actors Co-op in Hollywood,
CA. She received her MFA in Acting at the Professional Actor
Training Program at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
and also studied at the Central School of Speech and Drama
in London. As a member of Actors Co-op Marianne directed ANGEL
STREET, TRANSLATIONS, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN and GOD & SHAKESPEARE
and performed in THE SEAGULL (LA Weekly Award for Best Featured
Actress), THE HASTY HEART, AS YOU LIKE IT, ALL MY SONS, UNCLE
VANYA, TWELFTH NIGHT and HENRY V. An associate artist with
Taproot Theatre in Seattle, Marianne directed a staged reading
of TRANSLATIONS with Eddie Levi Lee. She directed THE LION
IN WINTER and THREE SISTERS at Vanguard University, and MOLLY
SWEENEY at the Eclectic Theatre Company. Recently, Marianne
directed the critically acclaimed SOMEONE WHO’LL WATCH
OVER ME at Victory Gardens Theatre in Chicago. Marianne works
with Vanguard University as an adjunct professor in the theatre
department as is an alumni and participant of Directors Lab
West.
